- Verification of employment and/or verification of income
Tenant Selection
Upon Completion of your rental property advertisement, tenant background check and screening, credit check and verification of employment and/or income - we will then select your tenant. We are diligent in making sure we select the best tenant for you.
Your Tenant Is Secured, and You Can Manage Your Rental Property
After your tenant is secured, you can then manage your own rental property. We know that at times, rental property owners may want to handle their own management responsibilities - and if tenant screening and selection is what you need - we are here for you!
