The costs for our exceptional Property Management Services include the following:


  • Rental Property Advertisement - $500 


This cost includes rental property advertisement on key rental Websites, such as: the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Rent.com, Reltor.com, and Rentals.com. We will also advertise your rental property on our Website, as well as with other Rental Real Estate Agents in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.


  • Tenant Selection - 75% of the Monthly Rent Cost


We will provide all aspects of Tenant Selection for your Property Management needs, and upon our tenant selection, your final cost will be 75% of the determined Monthly rent (this is a one-time fee). Our Tenant Selection services [again] include: 


  • Advertising your rental property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Providing key advertisement on popular search engines such as: Rent.com, Reltor.com, and Rentals.com
  • Tenant background check and screening
  • Tenant credit check
  • Verification of employment and/or verification of income


  • Full-Service Property Management - 15% of the Monthly Rent Cost


Our Full-Service Property Management fee is a monthly recurring fee of 15% of the monthly rent cost. If you have multiple properties you would like to manage - we also offer a discounted rate for additional properties which include: 

  • 1 property - 15% of the monthly rent cost
  • 2-3 properties - 12% of the monthly rent cost
  • 4-10 properties - 10% of the monthly rent cost

We can provide MLS advertisement, tenant screening and approval, and full-service property management services such as: 

  • Rental collection
  • Rental property inspections
  • Repair and maintenance management
  • Communications with your tenant(s)


We handle the maintenance calls, and we are on-call 24 hours a day! We also have specialty vendors who are available, who can take care of your maintenance needs. No need to worry about handling maintenance calls - as we are here to provide your "Full-Service Property Management" needs!
