Terri Rowland is a Realtor and Property Manager-in-Charge for Seacoast Property Management, Rentals & Relocation. She is also a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors. Terri has nearly 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, and she is a long-time educator. Terri has extensive experience in property management - as well as working with Landlords, Tenants; and Vendors including - including HVAC, Cleaning & Sanitation, Plumbers, Exterminators, and other important Vendors that service our Clients. Terri is a native of Durham, North Carolina (Raleigh-Durham/RTP area), and now calls Myrtle Beach, South Carolina her home. Terri has an earned Doctor of Education, from the College of Education and Psychology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Terri is also a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC in Public Administration. Additionally she serves as a Notary Public of South Carolina, and an Educator in the Spa industry. She is a former Mortgage Loan Originator as well. Ultimately, Terri is attentive to the needs of individuals and and families who need Property Management services, and she and her Team will be glad to assist you!

Rachell Skinner serves as the Office Administrator and Digital Design Consultant for Seacoast Property Management, Rentals & Relocation. Rachell is a native of Lexington, South Carolina and is a Student at Coastal Carolina University - pursing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Digital Culture & Design, Web Application and Development. Rachell is also active in Theater Production and Management at Coastal Carolina University. Rachell currently assists in communication and outreach with our Landlords and Tenants; as well as our Vendors. Rachell also provides digital marketing and design recommendations, and is our lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital design. Rachell has also been instrumental with our Cleaning & Sanitation Services, and assisting our Clients. Rachell is a dedicated Team Member who helps in our providing "client care and consistency . . . one client at at time."
